The Entrance Assessment: Exact Format

• Stage One (The CEM Select): Candidates sit the CEM Select online assessment in November. This is an adaptive test covering Verbal, Non-Verbal, and Numerical reasoning. It serves as an initial academic filter.

• Stage Two (Written Examinations): Shortlisted candidates are invited back in January to sit the school’s own written papers. This includes a Mathematics paper (testing problem-solving beyond the standard curriculum) and an English paper focusing on reading comprehension and a creative writing task.

• The Interview: Girls who perform well in the written papers are invited for a friendly but intellectually stimulating interview. The school is looking for a girl's ability to engage with new ideas and her enthusiasm for learning.
