Biography:

After completing my Bachelor's in Trade and Economics in China, I earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration in the UK in 2002. I have over five years’ experience tutoring Mathematics and Non-Verbal Reasoning for private families in the UK, and more than ten years’ experience teaching Phonics in China.

Teaching Experience:

I specialise in Phonics and Maths tuition up to secondary level, with a strong focus on 11+ and 13+ exam preparation. Since 2018, I have been teaching Mathematics and NVR to students aged up to KS3 both online and in-person, with familiarity in Singapore Maths methods.

Highlights include:

● Supporting successful 11+ and 13+ admissions to Winchester, Benenden, Cheltenham Ladies’ College, City of London Freemen’s, Headington Oxford, and Wychwood Oxford.

● Helping students achieve certificates in the Primary Maths Challenge and Junior Mathematical Challenge.

Interests:

I enjoy cooking, playing logic games like ThinkFun and Sudoku, and exploring different languages and cultures.
