Teaching Experience

Jack has worked in primary schools for over 18 years, many of those supporting pupils with specific SEND needs, where he adapted curriculums, provided targeted learning support, and managed behaviour for pupils at risk of exclusion within his borough.

He later became a class teacher and spent 10 years as a lead teacher across Years 2–6 (KS2). During this time, he also led multiple subjects, including Maths, where he introduced a new teaching approach that significantly improved academic outcomes. Working in one of the highest-achieving boroughs in the country, his classes consistently met or exceeded local progress averages.

Alongside his school role, he has tutored regularly, supporting learners through entrance exam preparation, homework, and general academic support.
